Parent and Child Lessons for ages 6 months - 3 years:
Parent Child Lessons start on Saturday, January 6th. Parents or guardians and children are in the water for the swim lesson. During the lessons, children receive guidance on water skills and acclimation. 6 months- 17 months will be grouped in the 8:30am class and children ages 18 months - 3 years will be grouped in the 9:30 am class.
Youth Swim Lessons for ages 4 -13:
Sessions are divided into Monday/Wednesdays and Tuesdays/Thursdays. Lessons run every 30 minutes with our first session starting at 4:00 pm and the last session beginning at 6:00 pm. During the first lesson, students will be assessed by skill and divided into their skill-level groups. In their leveled groups they will begin working on skills needed to progress into the next level and become proficient swimmers.
Adult Swim Lessons for ages 14 and up:
Water Safety and Comfort classes meet on Thursdays from 11:45am to 12:30pm. These classes are an introduction to feeling safe and comfortable in the water. The classes will aim to teach floating and survival strokes while moving at a pace that is comfortable for each participant.
Stroke Development:
Meeting on Wednesdays from 6:30pm -7:15pm, Stroke Development for adults will focus on refining strokes for efficiency and injury prevention. This class will focus on the four competitive strokes: backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke, and freestyle. Participants will improve their technique and stamina throughout this class.

Each swim lesson follows a structured plan to ensure consistent progress. Classes typically include:
