Building Endurance, Technique & Character

Do you have an aspiring runner interested in learning more about the sport? The Foundation Y Y-outh Run Club is designed for elementary students who wish to get intentional training in endurance and running technique.

Athletes are introduced to proper form and technique alongside a training program structured to increase stamina and promote healthy lifestyle choices. As with all YMCA youth programs, Y-outh Run Club reinforces core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Practice Info

When & Where

Meets twice weekly for 1 hour and 15 minutes directly at participating elementary schools.

Participation limits and school rosters are determined by each elementary school.

Registration Fee: $75
