What is the Annual Campaign?
When you give to the Y, you support critical programs and services for young people, seniors, and families who need them the most. We’re open to all and create spaces where everyone can be, belong and become. We’re here to encourage each person on their path to reach their full potential. Here are some ways your donation can make a difference in the Wilson Community.
- $5,000: Promotes drowning prevention by providing swim lessons to all 2nd graders in Wilson County.
- $2,500: Helps prevent learning loss by sending 10 kids to summer camp for 2 weeks.
- $1,000: Supports the Y’s Parkinson’s exercise class, which improves and restores strength and balance to all participants.
- $750: Provides a safe and supportive environment for a middle schooler in the Y-GIG program for an entire school year.
- $500: Allows the Y to provide critical outreach programming to underserved communities in Wilson County.
- $250: Builds leadership skills in teens by supporting community service projects that directly impact the citizens of Wilson.
